We understand that the Coronavirus (COVID-19) is impacting everyone and we are closely monitoring these rapidly changing events. We are working to remain as flexible and innovative as possible while we explore options to try and maintain business as usual.
STARTING MONDAY, May 4th, we have updated our store hours to assist you for all your on-road and off-road needs. The dealership showrooms still remain closed per the state guidelines. Our Service and Parts areas will be open limited hours for "contactless" customer engagement.

WEEKDAYS: 10 AM TO 5 PM
SATURDAY: 9 AM to 3 PM

* VEHICLE SALES UPDATE: The State of PA has also approved the ability to execute online vehicle sales deliveries by appointment only.
* Our showroom will remain closed to customer interactions at this time due to state guidelines.

Please be aware that the safety of our customers and our staff is our number one priority. In order to maintain as close to normalcy as we can, we've developed the following plan to maintain social distancing and limit personal contact until further notice.

- Pay for your items by Credit Card
- We work together to schedule a time to pick up your items curbside
- If you prefer the items be shipped to your home, that is an option as well (shipping fees may apply)
Need service? Have performance or other service-related questions?

- Fill out a service request online - https://www.schaeffersktm.com/schedule-a-service-appointment--xservice_request or email customercare@schaeffersmotorsports.com to arrange a drop off or pick up at the dealership
- Drop off your vehicle outside the service department and leave your keys in the night drop box
- We will get you an estimate and take your credit card by phone
- We will perform the work, test ride your vehicle and wipe it down
- We will contact you via email, text or phone and schedule a time for pick-up or delivery
Due to restrictions with the non-life sustaining requirements on vehicle sales and merchandise sales, those departments are closed for in-person sales. These hours are subject to change (based on customer needs) and will be posted if and when they do. We will reassess the situation Saturday and determine next week's hours of operation at that time. Please remember, you can always email us or call us with your questions.
Please keep in mind if the State or Federal Government force us to close all facets of the business, we will need to follow those guidelines. Until then, we will continue to do the best we can for YOU our customers during this time of uncertainty.
One thing is certain, getting on your KTM or Can-Am® and taking a ride is the greatest FREEDOM we can all feel right now. At Schaeffer's Motorsports we will do our best to continue to Make It Happen!
